HARRISBURG – Funding to assist Lycoming County with a community planning project was awarded recently, according to state Rep. Jeff Wheeland (R-Lycoming). The grant for the project was issued by the Municipal Assistance Program (MAP) and approved by the Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED).

Broadband Access to Expand in Three Lycoming County Municipalities, Says Wheeland

HARRISBURG – Funding for high-speed broadband expansion in three Lycoming County municipalities was awarded yesterday, according to state Rep. Jeff Wheeland (R-Williamsport). The grants are the product of the Unserved High-Speed Broadband Funding Program (UHSB), an effort created by Act 132 of 2020, which was supported by Wheeland.
