Jeff Wheeland (R-Lycoming.)

WILLIAMSPORT – The West Fourth Street Bridge over Lycoming Creek in Williamsport will be dedicated to the memory of Alexander M. McFadden, the first chief of police in the city, on Friday, March 17, at noon, said Rep. Jeff C. Wheeland (R-Lycoming). The bridge is located adjacent to the historic Bowman Field.
